Evidence

• The documented source checks pass (or manual CI / Required is green).
• Public state/events contain no forbidden fields or message text.
• Route changes remain high-confidence and fail closed.
• No live data, credentials, checkpoints, or packet captures are included.
• The change does not add country-specific data, Labs, an app, history, chat, databases, or unrelated features.
