Received messages capture sent/recv time, hops, SNR, RSSI and the flood
path (MessageMeta, 32 B) and persist it as a backward-compatible v2 SD
line; legacy lines (including text starting with '{') still load. Own
messages persist text only and get session-only delivery details in a
RAM-only OwnMessageTracker (8 entries): channel echoes and repeaters,
DM ACK/failed with RTT. splitChannelSender() parses "Name: text".
