Use urwid constants for widgets instead of string equivalents

* Reduce `DeprecationWarning` amount:
`get_focus` -> `focus_position` for `Frame` and `focus` for `Pile`
`set_focus` -> use property `focus_position`

Fix urwid entities init: use correct `super()`,
hack `__super` is officially deprecated.
Method <Class>.method(self, ...) is only for fallback in corner cases
(normally not recommended to use).
