meshcore-bot cd3bae2663 test(#1150): failing E2E for stuck Loading… title on /api/nodes/{pubkey} 404 ...

Reproduces the bug: navigating to /#/nodes/{unknown_pubkey} leaves the
back-row title as 'Loading…' and renders no link back to the Nodes list.

Wired into the deploy.yml E2E suite. Currently FAILS — green follows in
the next commit.
