agessaman 2260ac0353 fix(gwx): leave out an absent wind direction instead of reporting north ...

A review found that an Open-Meteo response with no wind_direction_10m key still defaulted the direction to 0°, so the reply read ⬆️N; a null direction was already left out. Both now give the wind speed with no direction.
