agessaman a506fb4fa7 refactor(web_viewer): open request connections with a _db_connection context manager ...

25 viewer methods repeated conn = None / try: conn = self._get_db_connection() ... finally: if conn: conn.close(). _db_connection now yields the same connection from _get_db_connection (so test patches and its connect-failure log still apply) and closes it on exit. The rewrite was mechanical: every string constant, SQL included, is byte-identical, and the normalized ASTs match. Sites whose exception handler uses conn (the rollback paths in the feed CRUD) or that never closed in a finally are untouched.
