From d3c8e161bf546e922a8314352c532c15ee5804d2 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: another-simple-pixel Date: Wed, 17 Jun 2026 04:00:55 -0700 Subject: [PATCH] website: translate the crowdfunding Reserve block into 13 languages testing-water shows "Own a share of SimpleX Chat. Reserve now." above the disclaimer. Adds the two new keys (index-hero-cf-reserve-h / -cta) to the 13 languages whose hero is already translated (ar cs de es fr hu id it ja pl pt_BR ru zh_Hans) so the whole block reads in-language. The other 9 locales have no translated hero at all, so they stay fully English via fallback rather than render a half-translated hero. "share" is the equity sense (own a stake), not content-sharing; "SimpleX Chat" stays in Latin script per the site convention. The Reg-CF disclaimer is left in English everywhere (per the founder) and is not added here -- fallback keeps it English. The crowdfunding-full strings are likewise untouched until that variant ships. The translations were checked for meaning, register (matched to each locale's existing hero copy) and brand handling; the id/ja/zh CTA wording and the Arabic RTL period still want a native pass before the campaign goes live.
