ios: allow iCloud backup of chat data when database passphrase is set
...
Add "Chat backup" section with "Enable iCloud backup" toggle to
Database passphrase & export. App group container is included in
backup only when the toggle is on and the database is encrypted with
a passphrase set by the user; otherwise the toggle is disabled and the
footer says why. Documents, temp_files and .bak copies of the database
are always excluded.
