* explicitly state that client applications must not include code that could reduce the security of end-to-end encryption.
* explicitly state that preset servers do not log IP addresses.
* preset servers now delete messages as soon as they are deleted, as they no longer use message logs.
* changes related to the short links introduced in v6.4.
* more precise terms related to users' data and metadata.
* reference the possibility to independently reproduce builds.
* include the requirements for opt-in usage analytics - we are considering it to improve quality and reliability.
* change contact addresses to the new short link format.
