following the APISetChatUIThemes pattern
- Fix APIListGroups parser missing space ("/_groups" -> "/_groups ")
to align with auto-generated cmdString
- Add chatCommandsDocsData entries for APISetGroupCustomData,
APISetContactCustomData, and APISetUserAutoAcceptMemberContacts
