Narasimha-sc 2ffc935d62 core: show connections prepared for failed link joins in chat list ...

Connecting via a long link whose server is unreachable leaves a connection
with conn_status = prepared and no chat entity. The row is kept on purpose,
so that retrying the same link reuses the same keys (#5018), but the chat
list query excluded prepared connections, so the user could not delete it,
and it kept being subscribed on every app start.
