Narasimha-sc 445bea6aa7 ui: highlight chat list filter button while any chat is unread 
With the unread filter off there was no way to tell whether it would show
anything. Tint the filter icon with the accent colour using Chat.unreadTag -
the same predicate ActiveFilter.Unread matches on - so the button is
highlighted exactly when the filter has something to show.
