Alain BrenzikoferandClaude Opus 5 3ad17ca477 core: pin simplexmq for the BIP-44 path, and use it

ethereumPath now takes the address index, so the path a name key sits at is
built once in the library rather than again here.

Updating nix package config

Install nix, gawk and jq.
Start nix-shell from repo root:

nix-shell -p nix-prefetch-git

Run in nix shell:

gawk -f ./scripts/nix/update-sha256.awk cabal.project > ./scripts/nix/sha256map.nix
