spacedandy-agents-simplex 782c08a31b ci: build smp-server from a simplexmq clone, as its sdist leaves out files it embeds [claude-test]

Cabal builds the simplexmq source-repository-package from its sdist, which has apps/common/Web/static/index.html but not .well-known/, so smp-server's embedDir failed at compile time (run 38771835936). build-backend.sh now clones simplexmq at the commit cabal.project pins and builds exe:smp-server there, with the same cabal.project.local; its dependencies come from the same store.

The macOS 26 SDK step worked: every library linked. This push runs the name cases with Claude again.
