spacedandy-agents-simplex 1626b48149 badge-service: answer a long-expired Play subscription as ended, and hash Play order ids ...

Play answers HTTP 410 for a subscription that expired too long ago to be
queried; it was read as unreachable, so the service never answered ended,
the badge was never retired and the profile stayed blocked from buying or
redeeming (R1-2). Play order ids appear on the buyer's receipt email, so
charges now store a hash of the order id, as purchase tokens already are
(R1-10).
