The "Add to list" / "Save list" action button in TagListEditor (opened
from chatlist "+" Add list) was a loose SectionItemView on the canvas
with no card chrome. Wrap in SectionView so it reads as a single-item
card. ChatTagInput stays as a form field above.

Added missing `import SectionView`.
