Your badge shows only while a badge is shown, so a purchase Restore found there with no record on this device was held under a profile whose held receipts are not processed while it shows a badge: not credited, nothing said, and on Android acknowledged, ending Play's three-day refund. Restore stays on Check your order, the one screen where a restored purchase can be processed.
