P0 fixes: R1-1 owner rows kept, intros do not revive, revokedOwners applied on every link read; R1-2 linkRcvId in link data, completion from link data, no target version check; R1-3 creatorQueueKey names the creator and is written by it every time; R1-4 relay removal published by any link writer; R1-5 leaver erases its keys; R1-6 concurrency re-send at gate+1, blobs only when in sync, departed authors' served blobs accepted on owners. Other findings R1-7..R1-32 stated as limitations or fixed in wording.
