The Pc to lock tool takes in an encrypted zip file generated by the ACS system.

The password to the zip file is not publicly known

This zip file has a .dat file containing information about the system.

The expiry of the file is handled by a timestamp set in the .dat file so if you can decrypt the zip file you can use it after the "Allowed time"
