Erik JohnstonandClaude Fable 5 10b80fbee4 Reword comments to describe the current state, not the change
Comments that narrated the port ('the former Python X', 'matching the
historical behaviour', 'as before', 'are now defined in Rust') now state
the current design directly, keeping the underlying rationale where it is
load-bearing: compatibility contracts are stated as contracts (attribute
surface / error wording / repr shape relied on by callers, subclasses and
log scrapers) rather than as comparisons to code that no longer exists.
