Erik JohnstonandClaude Fable 5.1 6eda7924f5 Count post-rotation main timeline notifications against the main timeline

`_get_unread_counts_by_pos_txn` added the main timeline's notifications
since the last summary rotation to `counts`, a variable left over from the
loop over the summarised threads, so they went to whichever thread that
loop visited last. Found by comparing the Rust port against it.
