`make_pool` returned the Rust pool under a `type: ignore` because it is
not an `adbapi.ConnectionPool`. Name the slice of the adbapi interface
`DatabasePool` relies on as a Protocol, which both pools satisfy, and
type `make_pool` and the test harness fakes with it.
