Patrick Cloke 1b112840d2 Autodiscover oEmbed endpoint from returned HTML (#10822) 
Searches the returned HTML for an oEmbed endpoint using the
autodiscovery mechanism (`<link rel=...>`), and will request it
to generate the preview.
