Erik JohnstonandClaude Opus 5.5 22bc7cdb38 Return the state res connection before running the algorithm ...

v2::resolve is now prepare, which does all the reads, and
PendingResolution::run, which does no I/O. The handler commits and
returns its pooled connection between the two, so a large resolution
does not hold one of the pool's connections while it sorts and checks
auth.
