Erik JohnstonandClaude Fable 5.1 066a2e9ab6 Route bulk VALUES statements through one LoggingTransaction helper ...

Five call sites repeated the same choice: `execute_values` with a
`VALUES ?` statement on psycopg2, or `execute_batch` with a row of
placeholders elsewhere. `execute_batch_values` makes that choice once,
given the statement and the row width, so the store code no longer
needs to know which driver has psycopg2's extras.
