From d2f24b7caffd3a2eb06833679d701047c6339ddc Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Hermes Agent Date: Tue, 20 Oct 2026 12:45:42 +0100 Subject: [PATCH] ci: use liveness for alert-receiver in the smoke stack CI has no ALERT_FORWARD_URL, so the receiver reports archive-only mode as not-ready on /readyz by design (503) and the stack never settles.
