Power-saving now shows as an amber battery icon in the status bar — like iPhone's Low Power Mode — instead of a separate moon icon (T-Deck).

Typing is more reliable on the T-Deck and Tanmatsu: tapping a text field — even one that's already highlighted — starts typing right away, and the accent pop-up no longer interrupts typing outside of chats.

The text cursor now only appears when a field is actually ready for input, so it's a dependable "you can type now" cue.
|
|
Smoother map panning: tile rendering no longer trips the watchdog and reboots during heavy scrolling.

Keyboard navigation is now OFF by default. If you prefer driving the UI with the trackball / arrow keys, switch it back on in Settings -> Keyboard (your choice sticks until you change it). The Tanmatsu keeps it on, since it has no touchscreen.
