Nerivec c6958c4991 feat: Automatic settings migration (#24871)
* feat: Automatic settings migration

* Handle failing on unsupported version.

* Handle change not needed.

* Test change not wanted.

* Cleanup.

* Add `external_converters` removal.

* Fix schema export.
