In case a RESET command is received in the middle of a OTA DFU, reboot to bootloader to allow the DFU app to recover previously interrupted transfers, instead of reverting to the last working firmware and launching it

Bumped SLAVE_LATENCY to 4. Does not make any difference in our tests, but https://stackoverflow.com/questions/32588325/ios-bluetooth-le-code-6-the-connection-has-timed-out-unexpectedly suggests this is the best to solve the ConnectionTimedOutUnexpectedly on IOS
