Bumped SLAVE_LATENCY to 4. Does not make any difference in our tests, but https://stackoverflow.com/questions/32588325/ios-bluetooth-le-code-6-the-connection-has-timed-out-unexpectedly suggests this is the best to solve the ConnectionTimedOutUnexpectedly on IOS

Allow flashing of a SINGLE BANK bootloader after a DUAL BANKED bootloader was installed. Without this patch, the SINGLE BANK bootloader will end in a continuous loop and no recovery without a JTAG programmer is possible
