Fix Path Error in ci-in-a-box defaults. (#1178)

* Fix Path Error in ci-in-a-box defaults.

CI runs with overrides for this that makes it work correctly its just ci-in-a-box is supposed to NOT use env vars for critical shit like just working out of box.

* Update Ci-in-a-box instructions to use correct relative paths.

* Please the prettier
