- src/helpers/CommonCLI.h: merged NodePrefs struct changes
- variants/heltec_v3/platformio.ini: kept upstream WiFi settings
- variants/xiao_s3_wio/platformio.ini: added upstream environment definitions

Verified observer firmwares compile successfully.
