Adds serial commands to get stats

Browse Source 
- Added formatStatsReply, formatRadioStatsReply, and formatPacketStatsReply methods in MyMesh for both simple_repeater, simple_room_server, and simple_sensor.
- Updated CommonCLI to handle new stats commands.
