docs(README): Smart linking the contrib page and other improvements

CONTRIBUTION.md is now linked directly when viewed from the repo.

When viewed in the website, links to /CONTRIBUTION.md will be redirected
towards /development/contributing using the `pluginClientRedirects`
options

The other dev docs can also benefit from these hackarounds
