jbigi: Drop 32-bit corei libs where they are identical to the

core2 lib, since we now have a generic fallback in NBI:
	libjbigi-freebsd-corei.so
	libjbigi-linux-corei.so
	libjbigi-osx-corei.jnilib
Remaining corei libs are not identical to the core2 version
(although they may have the same size)
