GenerateCLIFlags created an Int64Flag for every time.Duration config
field. Setting one through its LIVEKIT_* env var or --flag with a
duration string such as "30s" (the format the YAML config and the
generated help text use) made the server exit at startup with a parse
error. A value without a unit was accepted and read as nanoseconds.
Use a DurationFlag for these fields, so they take the same values as in
the YAML config.
send_side_bwe_pacer accepted any string and silently ran no-queue. leaky-bucket
is a defined PacerBehavior with a full LeakyBucket implementation, but the
selection switch in NewPCTransport only handled pass-through and no-queue, so
both leaky-bucket and outright typos fell through to the default with no
diagnostic.
leaky-bucket is deliberately left unwired here. LeakyBucket paces to a bitrate
supplied via Pacer.SetBitrate, and no production code calls SetBitrate or
SetInterval -- Base no-ops both and the only caller in the tree is the
test-only capturingPacer. Wiring it as-is would pace at a static bitrate and
ignore the bandwidth estimate, which is worse than the fallback.
Instead, make the existing behaviour visible: CongestionControlConfig.Validate
rejects unrecognised values at startup, the fallback logs a warning naming the
requested pacer, and config-sample.yaml documents send_side_bwe_pacer and
use_send_side_bwe for the first time.

getMessageBus built the bus from the redis client alone, so there was no
way to reach the gzip settings psrpc v0.7.6 added at the bus boundary.
Take rpc.PSRPCConfig, which the wire graph already provides, and pass its
bus options to both the redis and the local bus.
Compression is off by default. A peer on an older psrpc cannot decode a
compressed payload and drops it silently, so egress, ingress, SIP and
agent workers all have to be upgraded before quality is raised.
* Add configurable read-message size limit on signalling WebSockets
Set a read limit on both the client-facing (/rtc) and agent worker
WebSocket connections so an oversized frame is rejected by the transport
before being buffered. The limits are operator-tunable via
signal_message_size_limit and agent_signal_message_size_limit, both
defaulting to 2 MiB (0 disables).

* Add tests for signalling WebSocket read-message size limit
Cover the configurable signal_message_size_limit added in the prior
commit:
- config: assert both limits default to 2 MiB and that a YAML override
(including 0 to disable) is parsed correctly.
- full-path integration: a real client connects to /rtc on a single-node
server and an oversized frame is rejected by the transport with a 1009
close; a 0 limit leaves the connection unbounded and signalling
proceeds.
Adds setupSingleNodeTestWithConfig so a single-node server can be started
with config overrides.

* Bound decompressed size of signalling WebSocket messages
conn.SetReadLimit only accounts for the compressed bytes read off the
wire, and the client-facing /rtc upgrader negotiates permessage-deflate,
so a small compressed frame could still expand into a much larger buffer
once inflated. Enforce the same limit on the decompressed message by
reading through NextReader + io.LimitReader in WSSignalConnection instead
of the unbounded ReadMessage.
The transport-level SetReadLimit is kept as the cheap wire-level guard;
the new check is the decompressed-size backstop.
Adds NextReader to the WebsocketClient interface (regenerated fake) and a
unit test plus permessage-deflate integration tests covering the
amplification case.

* feat: add support for basic auth on prometheus
* fix: properly name middleware generator
* refactor: move all prometheus configs into common object
* chore: add suggestions from review
add back old config switch and print warning if it is used
* fix: undo accidental change
* fix: rebase/merge issue
* Add option to issue full reconnect on a publication error.
Leaving the publication error timeout at 30 seconds as there
are some publications taking long. Also, there are cases
where the peer connection fails after 30 seconds. The peer
connection failure happens after publication error is detected.
But, 30 seconds is a good amount of time for publication to establish.
* prevent recursive lock
If/when users have a typo or misindentation in their config file, we
would have silently failed to assign the value and moved on.
With this change it'll error out, alerting user of the problem.
