Quentin Gliech 2043d1d6c1 Switch the release profile to thin LTO and default codegen-units 
Experiment to measure the build time and binary size difference against
fat LTO with codegen-units=1, which spends ~10 serial minutes on the
final LTO+codegen pass of mas-cli in CI.

Quentin Gliech 856dfe000b Fix time-dependent snapshot test in account sessions page 
The mocked sessions have a hardcoded lastActiveAt of 2026-04-23, which
crossed the 90-day inactivity threshold on 2026-07-22, flipping the
rendered label from "Active <date>" to "Inactive for 90+ days" and
breaking the committed snapshot. Freeze the clock in the test file so
the fixture stays within the active window.

Eric Eastwood f4b4d9b277 Move "Full release process" section higher up (#5866) 
When you get linked to https://element-hq.github.io/matrix-authentication-service/development/releasing.html#releasing it's confusing to know what to do. Based on descriptions of the GitHub actions, I managed to do everything right but then I noticed this was actually documented in the "Full release process" section at the bottom.

I think instead it makes sense to give the steps first and then have the in-depth descriptions of each workflow below.
