Lee Smet 13d765e057 Use default feasibility distance for seqno request 
In case the source table has no feasibility distance, use a default one
instead of silently dropping the request.

Lee Smet 7c637ff2bb Fall back to all known peers to send seqno 
In case the route is not known at all (this could happen in rare cases
were a seqno request is forwarded from a peer, for instance), the
request would be silently dropped. Know we shell out to all known peers.

Lee Smet f41811b669 Kill peer connection if router appears to be gone 
If the router is gone (or the receiver of the packet forward channels,
at least), peers got stuck repeatedly trying to forward packets to said
router.

To avoid the resolver building the regular binary with private network
related code. In the future the regular binary might become part of the
