**The Lua scripts are not converted yet.** `client/lualibs/commands.lua` still
offers `Command:sendMIX()` and around 20 call sites use it, several for commands
whose device handlers no longer accept OLD/MIX frames. Python (`client/pyscripts`)
never used the old API and needs nothing.
The old frames are still supported by the transport, so `PacketCommandOLD` and
`PacketResponseOLD` remain, abstracted from the developer view by the new API.
