ios: show "Show more" in the secondary colour while the next page loads

Browse Source 
The row was disabled while loading but kept its primary colour, so it looked tappable. The Kotlin app already does this.

A name or directory row tap first sets `searchFocussed = false`. Text from the directory and from name owners is rendered with `Text(String)` / `Text(verbatim:)` (never parsed as markdown) with line limits.
