Apply the SIMPLEX chat list divider on desktop too

The row-divider fix for the SIMPLEX chat list was added on Android only.
This brings the same flat, slightly-lighter-than-background divider to the
desktop chat list (both selected and normal rows); other themes keep the
Material default.
