Darken the SIMPLEX unread badge so the count stays readable

On SIMPLEX the unread-count badge used the same bright cyan as the main
accent, so its white number washed out. This darkens the accent-variant
cyan enough for the white count to read; the mention dots and other
badges that sit on the same colour benefit too.
