2. **The signed order records the terms version** the buyer agreed to (T29).
3. **Card on a phone:** the fixed Pay button stays, Stripe's note moves under it, the name note is one line (W1k).
## Decided here
- **Label rule:** simplexmq's `SimplexDomain` parser on `label.tld`, not #7390's `validLabel`, which is unmerged and refuses `--` only at positions 3–4. One rule with the relays.
