core: test the store-only plan of a group short link the online search relies on

The apps read "not resolved locally" from a store-only plan of a directory result as "not one of your chats", and a prepared or joined group as your chat. The test pins that contract, and pins the known gap: a group joined with /c without preparing it is not found without resolving.
