Narasimha-sc f087986636 android, desktop: fix chat console crash on concurrent writes ...

addTerminalItem is the only writer of terminalItems and runs on the
caller's thread while no console is open. Concurrent calls could throw
in subList, lose rows, or leave the list above its cap. Make it
synchronized.
