feat(site): add country and sea search with nearby discovery [skip ci]
...
Vendor country and IHO sea boundaries with provenance, filter directory pages by polygon, start from optional approximate browser location, and repair navigation icon alignment with a top-bar Geocaching link. Region and protocol tests plus browser layout and LXMF/GPX checks passed.

feat(site): publish live Reticulum geocaching map [skip ci]

Use Animal Island UI, signed directory discovery and verified GPX downloads. Add a manual Pages-only deployment that reuses the existing native simulator artifact; targeted website checks run in that workflow. Public acceptance currently uses a temporary operator-owned WSS tunnel.

fix(ci): refresh startup contract and format web simulator sources

Match the shell initialization call inside run() so its failure guard does not break the network-independence contract. Preserve initialization ordering and blocking-network checks. Apply clang-format 14 to the web preview sources. Verified all 2107 CI-scoped source files and seven positive/negative startup contract cases.

fix(linux): include page manifest in shared UI shell sources

DeckTouchUxPack now resolves its pages through findPageManifest, but the Linux UI source list omitted the implementation. Include it in the shared shell to fix Cardputer Zero Wayland and fbdev link failures. Verified with a Linux link reproduction and the platform UI boundary check.
