+IMPORTANT - if you ever picked a region preset, your radio was transmitting at roughly 9x the duty limit (about 91% instead of 10%). The preset math set the airtime limit 10x too loose; the home-screen meter showing "91% max duty cycle" was correctly reporting it (#161). This build fixes the presets AND automatically corrects devices whose settings exactly match a preset. If you tuned your airtime factor by hand, nothing is touched.

+The SD card is now actually used (#193). The card mounted and browsed fine but nothing stored to it - the storage feature was never enabled for this board. The Pager now gets the same "Store data on SD" option, boot storage selection and migration as the T-Deck.
