fix(ui): Mentions breadcrumb on the left like every other screen

Browse Source 
The Mentions screen drew its own header with the back chevron at the top
right, the only screen whose back breadcrumb was on the right. Use the
shared app-page chrome instead (appPageBegin/appPageEnd, as Send advert,
Spectrum and the settings pages do): "‹ @ Mentions" on the left of the
status bar, tap to go back. The list starts below the tall bar on square
panels. Keeps the existing translated "@  Mentions" key.
