Mesh health: a flood advert is rebroadcast by every repeater in range, so frequent floods add airtime for the whole network. Keep them infrequent (a day or more). Your neighbours still see you from zero-hop adverts and your message replies, so flood mainly when distant nodes need to rediscover you. Leave both Off to advertise only when you tap the buttons above.
