Kaj SchittecatandClaude Opus 5 d22c200932 touch: fetch-deps integrity guard + beta_61 note for the P4 receive fix ...

The vendored core is gitignored and fetch-deps rm -rf's it, so a hand-edit
there dies with no history. That cost us the esp-nimble-cpp 2.x port and then
the P4's polled receive. Both live in the core now; fetch-deps verifies they
survived the copy and fails loudly if not.
